As a **Supply Planning Intern **, you will be placed within our Supply Chain Planning organization, in the Supply Planning Team in Barcelona. The team is responsible for preparing a European master production schedule, middle and short-term capacity management of Supply, Master Data setup for new items/change planning parameters to fit demand situation. Your role would include support of the team in reporting field.

In this role, you will have to: create and update reports designed to manage Inventory and Service KPI’s. It involves pulling data together from numerous systems, execute data transformation steps, and manage any further requests related to these reports. Another focus would be daily assist in operations lead by Supply Planners. You will have opportunity to be in contact with various roles within the Supply Chain, have end to end visibility on main value streams. You will develop your analytical and problem-solving skills and get to know different ERP systems.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Delivering standard reports & analysis in a timely manner
- Managing further requests from our stakeholders to build better reports for the business, which can often involve linking different data sources / reports together
- Build new reports
- Assist in daily operations lead by Supply Planners
- Are currently studying / just finished studies on **industrial engineering.**:

- Have a strong command of English language (at least B2 level, spoken & written)
- Use Microsoft Office, especially Excel confidently (complex formulas, pivoting, etc. ), Access knowledge is a strong plus
- Have a strong sense of responsibility, customer-oriented mindset, and you have no problems to meet strict deadlines
- Have the ambition to “walk that extra mile”, and open for intellectual challenges
- Being familiar with ERP systems (SAP), macros (VBA), data visualization tools (PowerBI)
- Are willing to work with us for at least 6 months, dedication above 6 months is a large plus
