**Job description**:
To support our growing activity in Spain we are looking for a **Purchasing Assistant. **Reporting to the Purchasing Manager Europe, your main responsibilities will be:

- Prepare Purchase Orders and Subcontracting Contracts, and monitor the validation process until signatures are obtained
- Update and verify information in the management tool (purchase order amounts, invoices, etc.)
- Ensure proper organization and archiving of supplier and project management documentation
- Support the Buyer in managing supplier relationships (Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), distribution of consultation files, information requests, etc.)
- Interface with project teams to provide support and ensure compliance with Purchasing procedures

**Profile**:
You have a proven experience on a similar role, ideally in the construction sector.

If you are a highly organized individual with strong numerical skills and the ability to support our purchasing activities effectively, you will grow successfully within our company.

**Speaking fluently Spanish and English or French**, you enjoy multicultural teamwork.
