**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
Functions:
DIGITAL CRM CONFIGURATION AND SUPPORT
- Data View Implementation - Create and maintain data views as requested by ministry customers and relevant data stakeholders, including views to aid the Digital Operations team with internal data hygiene.
- Digital content analysis support - Help the Digital Team to build reports for data analysis.
DIGITAL CUSTOMER SUPPORT
- Customer Requests - Effectively communicate with people at all levels of the organization via both the ticket system and in-person to understand and resolve their needs by leveraging existing processes, platforms, and team members as appropriate.
- Digital Solutions - Collaborate with Digital teammates to define, create, and implement thorough digital solutions and be willing to work with a “no job too small” posture.
- Relationship with customers - Manage relation with customers looking for a smooth data integration between systems.
- Additional Duties - Maintain current integrations with customers and set up external marketplaces.
DIGITAL MARKETING CAMPAIGN SUPPORT
- Form Implementation - Create online interest forms and event registrations that gather pertinent information in accordance with the needs of both ministry customers and relevant data stakeholders by complying with internal data standards.
- Content Implementation - Update content on websites and apps and ensure the information is well organized, up-to-date, and conforms to existing content standards.
- Complete assignments in a timely manner to produce the best results for Digital’s ministry customers.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Digital Operations Director.
Other Tasks:
**SKILLS / COMPETENCES**:
- 2+ years of experience setting up technical configurations and creating solutions using SaaS products.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Fluent in English and valuable to be able to communicate in French also.
- PHP programming language and Symfony framework experience.
- Advanced MS Excel capabilities.
- Organized and methodical with strong attention to detail.
- Works well in a fast-paced and highly collaborative team environment.
- Enthusiastic and self-motivated with a desire to learn new tools and technologies.
**EDUCATION**:
- A 2-year degree in Information Science, Marketing, Design focused on digital technologies.
