**What are we looking for?**

We are looking for an ambitious and talented profile to join our **Finance **Department** as **Junior Controller - Spain, Located at our headquarters in Madrid**

**MISSION**:
Support the Manager Controller in the financial controlling of the Business Unit, ensuring efficiency, effectiveness and accuracy in reporting and processes; improve and automatize current reporting tools.

**KEY FUNCTIONS**:

- Support the preparation of monthly financial reporting (P&L)
- Identification of efficiency opportunities
- Optimize and automatize current reporting files
- Generation of management and performance reports for the local unit to explain potential deviations
- Support to various activities in the financial/controlling management

**EXPERIENCE & COMPETENCES**:

- Degree in Economics and Finance, ideally with the focus on Controlling/Accounting
- Maximum 3-4 years' experience in a financial role
- Excellent ability to work collaboratively across functions and cultures in a global environment
- Analytical skills and hands-on approach to tasks and initiatives
- Very good Excel skills
- Knowledge of SAP, BI/BW, and BPC, and relevant controlling instruments and methods are a plus
- Proactive, flexible and solution-oriented approach
- Passion to handle multiple challenging priorities and assignments
- Fluency in Spanish and English is a must (French and/or German will be a plus)
