DESCRIPCIÓN - Support Cybersecurity Manager in develop Corporate security strategy - Cybersecurity project management focusing on scope validation, supplier supervision, periodic reporting during implementation phase and the appropriate integration with IT, OT and security operations during the go live phase. - Implement secure development lifecycle processes for traditional IT and new digital scenarios (Cloud, Industry 4.0, etc) integrated within company project management methodology. - Collaborate with IT project managers as a cybersecurity expert to define security requirements and ensure secure development lifecycle is properly followed. - Collaborate on cybersecurity awareness plan development and roll out. - Collaborate on security & Technology IT Control self-assessments, support and monitoring. - Work with internal audit to conduct compliance and security assessments. - Maintain information classification within the company (in terms of confidentiality, integrity, traceability, authenticity and availability) to ensure security measures applied are aligned with information criticality. - Defining corporate security policies, standards and procedures while supervising their implementation aligned with IT, OT and Cybersecurity processes. - Anticipating new security threats and stay-up-to-date with evolving IT/OT landscape. - Developing strategies to handle security incidents and coordinating investigation activities. - Conduct/support Security and Risk assessments across vendors & Systems in close coordination with the different IT teams as a Cybersecurity advisor. REQUISITOS MÍNIMOS Ideal educational background, experience and languages - University degree in Computer science, Telecommunications, etc. - 4+ years’ experience in IT security - Certifications in security field as CISSP, CISM or CISA will be considered - Knowledge of information security frameworks and standards, such as NIST and ISO 27001 - Technical experience in the deployment and use of security tools. - Knowledge in Cloud / Hybrid IT environments, mobility and digital - Organized and detail oriented - Fluency in English. Italian/French will be an asset.
