**What we're looking for**:
As a Sales Operations Analyst you will be responsible for developing business dashboards that provide real-time insight. In this capacity, you will be required to effectively and efficiently automate reports by consolidating data from multiple disparate sources and be able to measure/convey/visualize business metrics and KPIs' as well as to summarize context for use by the senior sales leadership team for tracking and decision making purposes.

**Primary Duties / Responsibilities**
- Develop advanced self-service dashboards ( PowerBI, Excel and Tableau ) efficiently and user friendly.
- Analyze large data sets and interpret results
- Identify data discrepancies, locate issue root causes, and provide solutions
- Determine potential impact of process or data change from projects, enhancements, and production support.
- Continuously improve report (reporting process) efficiency/effectiveness.
- Work cross-functionally to meet project plan

**Qualifications and Requirements**
- Work experience in sales operations or equivalent function with significant exposure to Sales management teams would be ideal.
- Experience working in the EMEA market
- Software industry background
- Sales Operations competence (forecasting, planning, sales systems, processes and methodologies, compensation and quota management)
- Experience with financial modelling and analytical tools such as Excel, databases, PowerBI etc. Nice to have: experience using Salesforce and SQL Programming experiance
- Ability to conduct sophisticated and creative analysis, yet translate those results to easily digestible messages, communications, and presentations
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, manage conflicting priorities and to complete assignments under aggressive time constraints independently
- Demonstrated ability to be productive with mínimal supervision. Must be results oriented and able to move forward without complete information
- Ability to work effectively with diverse audiences, management levels, cultures, and personalities
- Excellent communications and presentation skills
- Strong drive and will to succeed
- Flexibility and ability to adjust on the fly to new demands; sense of urgency
- Fluent in written and verbal English
