**The position**

Under the management of an experienced project manager and with the help of another Junior Energy Manager, the Senior Energy Manager will support one of our main Spanish customers, working on the energy efficiency of 20+ large shopping centers.

More specifically, the Senior Energy Manager will:

- Analyze client consumption data using Deepki platform (monthly consumption, load curves with hourly power demand, temperatures and other variables);
- Produce deliverables (reports, presentations, etc.);
- Plan the implementation of energy conservation measures;
- Explain the analysis and interpretation of data to the customer, and adapt the recommendations to the building situation and equipment limitations;
- Help the project manager to coordinate the meetings, actions and discussions with the customer;
- Contribute to the training of the Junior Energy Manager.

**The profile**

Graduated in energy, civil or environmental engineering, you have a confirmed experience in buildings energy efficiency, in an engineering office, operation and maintenance company or real estate actor.

**Desired skills**:

- Bilingual in Spanish (native speaker or permanent resident);
- Experience or training in energy, thermal building, electricity, thermodynamics, (HVAC = Heating, Ventilation and Air-Conditioning);
- Confirmed experience as an energy manager or HVAC engineer;
- Good knowledge of HVAC equipment automation and controls, BACS / BMS;
- Experience in the field of operation & maintenance, ability to explain actions and exchange with HVAC technicians;
- Ability to synthesize information;
- Communication and teaching;
- Sense of customer contact;
- Taking initiatives.

**Optional skills**:

- Ability to perform energy audits, or building energy simulations
- Professional certification such as CMVP (IPMVP), Certified Energy Manager,
- Experience in the engineering of energy improvement works : sizing, costing
- Knowledge of the energy market, structuring of electricity and gas supply contracts;
- Interest in data science and / or configuration (Python, yml);
- Excel (advanced features), Power Point, Word.
