SENIOR PRODUCT OWNER - MS Windows

Purpose:
Deliver a best-in-class end user computing experience to all adidas employees on the Windows platform. Drive operational efficiency, standards, and compliance and ensure the highest availability of all infrastructure components, end points, and data assets. Provide end device management services and support to Workplace, Warehouse, and Retail environments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create the future Digital Workplace to enable business opportunities and empower the digital employee
- Build the Windows strategy, strategic development and roadmap
- Lead implementation of end user computing technologies on the Windows client platform
- Windows operating system/image configuration, maintenance & support
- Manage external resources delivering end user computing and support services
- Ensuring always on service and high compliance
- Service delivery and transformation of existing services

Decision making in the following areas:

- Windows Image as a Service for Workplace
- Windows Autopilot
- SCCM and Intune Platform
- Windows client operating systems for Workplace (configuration, support and integration with Office 365)
- Windows client operating systems Implementation for Retail and DC Warehouses (system images development, configuration and support)
- 3rd Level support for Windows client platforms
- HW integration in the Windows client operating system
- Manage GPOs and CSPs for Windows clients
- Windows to Azure integrations

Influences areas such as:

- Global Workplace services
- Application Release Management
- Service Desk & Support
- User experience
- Digital Workplace Products
- HW Catalog
- EDM Projects
- Asset Management
- Client security (ex. Hardening, encryption

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

- Four-year college or university degree with focus on Business Administration or IT or related areas, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proficient spoken and written command of English
- At least 7-year experience in Tech
- 4 years of experience in relevant / specific area
- 1 year of experience in team management
- Understanding of different culture
- Participated in projects with people from other functions/markets
