Service Manager Smart Technical Asset Management

To grow our digitally supported services for Smart Asset Management and Energy Performance we are searching for an experienced **Service Manager to drive the roll-out of Smart Technical Asset Management Services in Region EMEA**

**Location**:
This position can be located in our Zug HQ or one of our main locations of SI -RSS within Continental Europe. Prerequisite is in any case your legal eligibility to work in the respective country and location

**Your Role**
- Drive the roll-out of Smart Technical Asset Management services in Region EMEA
- Contribute to innovations in the areas of tasks and processes, software and tooling, organization and knowledge development and subcontractor management to make our Technical Asset Management services more digital, efficient, automatized, and reliable
- Work together with the regional expert teams on operationalization of service contracts
- Standardize service delivery with the goal to scale this business, in close cooperation with Digital Service Centers
- Collaborate with the Global Portfolio and Operations team on the development of an operating model for Technical Asset Management
- Coach the countries with regards to Technical Asset Management service delivery
- Define priorities for region together with countries to successfully roll-out high margin Smart Technical Asset Management services
- Be the regional contact for operation and maintenance management, covering a variety of assets including photovoltaic systems, batteries, hydrolyzers, chillers, boilers, HVAC systems, and others

**Your Profile**
- Minimum 7 to 10 years of professional experience, with proven track record in the operational area of energy asset management within and around buildings and energy infrastructures, preferably in facility management, industry or utility sector
- Good knowledge and proven experience in the field of operations of various technical assets including photovoltaic, batteries, gas engines and combined heat-power, chillers, heat pumps and HVAC systems
- Understanding of condition-based and predictive maintenance in this area
- Strong understanding of asset performance analysis and the role of monitoring for maintenance management
- Ability to drive a predictive approach to maintenance, conceptually, as well as in the field
- Solid understanding of technical, commercial and delivery process related aspects of the service business
- Business Strategy Development and Sales experience an added asset
- Strong persuasive and negotiating skills
- Strong communication skills
- Team player through and through
- Fluent in English and any other EU language an advantage
- Able to travel up to 30%
