**Project Manager / Business Analyst BMS**

**Job Summary**

As a Sr Business Analysis Manager you will play a pivotal role in driving business solutions through effective analysis and project management. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of Agile methodologies. Your expertise will contribute to the companys strategic goals and enhance operational efficiency in a hybrid work model.

**Responsibilities**
- Lead the analysis and documentation of business requirements to ensure alignment with project goals.
- Oversee the implementation of Agile methodologies to enhance project delivery and team collaboration.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to optimize business processes and improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize project requirements and deliverables.
- Manage project timelines and resources to ensure successful completion within scope and budget.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams to ensure clarity and understanding.
- Conduct regular project reviews and assessments to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation for future reference and compliance.
- Ensure that all project activities adhere to company policies and industry standards.
- Mentor and guide junior analysts to foster professional growth and development.
- Utilize project management tools to track progress and report on project status to senior management.
- Coordinate with external vendors and partners to ensure seamless integration of solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall effectiveness of the business analysis function.

**Qualifications**
- Demonstrate proficiency in Agile methodologies to lead and manage projects effectively.
- Exhibit strong project management skills to oversee complex projects from inception to completion.
- Possess excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration across diverse teams.
- Showcase analytical thinking to identify business needs and propose innovative solutions.
- Have a solid understanding of business process optimization to drive efficiency.
- Display leadership qualities to mentor and guide team members towards achieving project goals.
- Hold a bachelors degree in Business Administration Information Technology or a related field.

**Certifications Required**

Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)
