Enrique Tomás, la empresa líder en el mundo del jamón, busca un/a agente de atención al cliente para formar parte de nuestro equipo de CUSTOMER SERVICE en nuestras oficinas centrales ubicadas en Badalona.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Atender y gestionar las consultas, quejas y reclamaciones de los clientes (tanto cliente interno y externo).
- Proporcionar información sobre productos, pedidos y servicios.
- Realizar seguimiento de pedidos y resolución de incidencias.
- Colaborar en la mejora continua del servicio al cliente.
- Dar respuesta a las reseñas de google y web.

**Requisitos**:

- Experiência previa en atención al cliente, preferiblemente en el sector retail y/o alimentación.
- Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y bajo presión.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y empatía.
- Dominio del catalán, castellano e inglés. Se valorará conocimientos de otros idiomas.
