People & Culture Trainee

**The role you’ll play**:
In this awesome role you will be participating in driving the people side of business in LanguageWire. You will be part of the People & Culture team in the newest technology (AI) industry. You will have an opportunity to gain valuable learning, work experience and be able to support the rest of the People team in our processes for on
- and offboarding, internal training, recruiting, internal compliance, etc. We promise that you will be embraced with exciting challenges and cool people every day

You will be a part of a very people-centered and energetic team formed by cool people, who are ready to help you. Most of your team-members will be in Valencia, Spain together with you, others like are based in Copenhagen, Denmark.

- Bringing a people perspective and helping unleash their potential
- Participating in onboarding of our NewWires (joiners) to make sure they experience a positive experience
- Manage the Buddy Program to foster connections and provide support for new hires.
- Provide assistance in managing and coordinating trainings funded by Spanish Government programs, such as Fundae, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
- Support internal employer branding initiatives, including the creation of engaging content to strengthen employee connection (e.g., videos and posts on our Viva Engage community).
- Collaborate on various People projects designed to enhance employee satisfaction, work-life balance, and ensure compliance with relevant workplace regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with Office Coordinators to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, including organizing events, maintaining office culture, and addressing employee needs.
