Sr Director, Global Head of Delivery

As the Head of Global Delivery, you will spearhead the strategic development and operational execution of our software delivery services globally. This critical role requires a top-tier leader adept at leading the full lifecycle of software service delivery - from conceptualization to deployment. Your main objective is to ensure that our delivery framework is scalable, sustainable, and profitable, focusing on the efficiency and effectiveness of delivering configured software solutions to our clients in the pharma and biotech industries.

**What You’ll Contribute**:

- Provide transformational leadership and hands-on direction in defining, building, and leading the global delivery organization.
- Develop and implement effective delivery models globally that improve client engagement and service outcomes with a focus on delivered business value.
- Promote a culture of collaboration and innovation across all organizational levels with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

**Typical Accountabilities**:

- Build, grow, and lead Evinova's global service delivery team, with a focus on developing the team to ensure scalability, efficiency, and service excellence.
- Architect and implement a delivery model tailored to digital health solutions, ensuring strong customer adoption.
- Demonstrate a 'roll-up-your-sleeves' attitude by actively participating in the hands-on aspects of software implementation, ensuring projects meet high standards of quality and efficiency.
- Lead all aspects of the delivery of configured solutions, ensuring customer requirements are met with exceptional quality and service.
- Guide cross-functional teams in crafting innovative, customer-centered solutions; work closely with product, sales, and strategy teams to ensure seamless integration and support, improving delivery and sales outcomes.
- Define and roll out a modern and effective internal and external governance framework to ensure that projects and the internal team are managed effectively.

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- 10+ years of professional experience in the digital health or health-tech sectors, particularly in developing and leading service delivery teams.
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Experience setting up a quality system (SOPs, WIs, etc.) for delivery and consistent record in effectively delivering professional services following GxP processes and procedures
- Possesses a strong software delivery background and applies insights from multiple organizational practices to develop custom operational strategies passionate about Evinova’s delivery.
- Showed leadership experience in software delivery, particularly within the professional services domain, with a focus on delivering configured solutions to the pharma and biotech sectors.
- Demonstrable expertise in hiring, training, and leading impactful teams within a global setting.
- Strong strategic, analytical, and execution skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable tasks.
- An advanced degree in Business, Healthcare, Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- Hybrid work environment, including being on-site in the office, and ability and willingness to travel internationally.
