Your day to day:
Senior Store Coach is a Brand Ambassador, a leader who support the brand and business. As a Senior Store Coach you will contribute to manage the development of Brand Retail Islands aimed at turning Brand Retail POS into the benchmark as an IQOS experience of excellence in the Canary Islands, improve customer experience, increase product understanding and sales and manage retail operations.
This role is a 40h contract with rotating hours from Monday to Sunday.
STAFF
Management of the in-store commercial team to ensure that all requirements are met and that the company's guidelines are followed. Plan the team's workdays, complying with the established minimum rest standards.
POS STOCK MANAGEMENT
Manage stocks of all products for sale (Devices/Accessories/Consumables), place relevant orders to ensure optimal stockage, and clean storage at the point of sale to ensure effective management.
FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT
Manage the cash flow of the assigned Brand Retail points of sale, ensuring effectiveness management of the cash collected from consumer transactions.
TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT
Ensure that there is ongoing training of store level staff, providing for excellence in communication with consumers at the point of sale. Building development plans for store staff to drive talent pipeline in the channel.
MANAGERIAL COURAGE
Within the respective area challenge higher peers if needed and feel encourage to speak up to deliver the best execution for our market and challenge the status quo.
What are we looking for?
- Located in Tenerife
- Education:College/University - B.A./University degree in Business Administration/Economics/Marketing/Communication
- 2-year experience with consumer facing store operations.
- Available to work rotating shifts and from Monday to Sunday, with two days off per week
- English B2 / Spanish C2
- Valid EU Work permit
