**PURCHASING TECHNICIAN**

We are looking to hire a Purchasing Technician for our office in Camarma de Esteruelas (Madrid), whose duties will include:

- Evaluating suppliers and subcontractors.
- Negotiating rates and framework agreements.
- Requesting quotes, making comparisons, negotiating purchases and placing orders and subcontracts for supplies, services and subcontracting for factories and construction sites.
- Monitoring orders and subcontracts to ensure delivery or completion within the agreed deadlines and conditions.
- Assisting the technical and commercial departments.

**Requirements**:

- University degree.
- Organised and methodical person with the ability to work in a team and negotiate with suppliers.

The following will be considered an advantage:

- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Experience in a similar position in a construction or industrial company.
- Knowledge of SAP (logistics module - purchasing).
