**ABOUT THE JOB**:
MISSION

From the 19 European branches of BNP Paribas CIB, there are 15 countries (Netherlands, Bulgaria, Hungary, Poland, Romania, Czech Republic, Spain, Portugal, Ireland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Germany-Austria and Belgium) whose local IT activity is managed by CIB IT Spain. The others locations keeps a local IT teams (UK, Russia, Italy, Luxembourg).

RESPONSIBILITIES

**Lead and manage multiple IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline, taking an end to end responsibility on the different steps of IT Governance procedures for projects**

**Plan and carry out actions**
- Participate in the detailed planning of project tasks
- Ensure ownership exists at each project tasks and actions
- Carry out assigned activities in accordance with the project plan
- Solve issues and report bottlenecks as needed
- Ensure the completion of each step within the timeframe and budget originally planned
- Track the progress of tasks and update monitoring indicators and KPIs
- Conduct the project in such a way as to achieve the defined key indicators and project milestones as defined upstream
- Coordinate and lead the project
- Contribute on the identification of Risks, issues and dependencies and follow-up of the remediation and mitigation plans

**Facilitate meetings with the project team**
- Contribute to the coordination of activities to achieve the objectives, understand the business/IT/sponsor needs and support the different stakeholders of the project
- Organize dedicated committees, prioritization, and “escalation points”
- Produce communications, documentation, and reports

**Design the various communication materials useful to the project (presentation, brochure, deliverable )**
- Maintain up-to-date project documentation, including reports and tracking records
- Prepare meeting’s minutes and task status reports
- Carry out change management

REQUIREMENTS
- Studies

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

Master's degree in Project Management or Software engineering preferred

Any Project Management certification (PMP, etc) is a plus.
- Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management and +10 years in IT department, with a focus on development projects, combining experience in an internal or external client-facing role.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
- Strong experience of software development methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
- Proven experience on the whole live cycle of a development, from the requirements analysis to the development and release on Production environments, support on testing phases.
- Experience in designing databases and data processing systems, with a strong understanding of data management principles.
