For our Order Engineering Department we are currently looking for **Engineering Intern** to collaborate with great professionals who are experts in their field, assisting various programs and projects in order to develop key competences for your professional development. **Responsibilities**:
- The Design Engineer is part of the Order Engineering department, and will support with the following tasks:
- Creation of Customer required drawings needed to integrate the equipment in customer installations
- Design the equipment following Flowserve standards and customer specifications
- Definition and execution of the mechanical design of the equipment
- Creation of detail Manufacturing Drawings according Flowserve and Product guidelines and standards, for both pump (pump parts) and systems (baseplates, piping, etc)
- Support to Supply Chain, Quality and Manufacturing
**Requirements**:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar (preferably Masters degree)
- Interest on design of Turbomachinery or Rotating Equipment
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, Inventor and SolidWorks design.
- Fluent in English and Spanish in both verbal and written communication is required; other languages are a plus
- Good interpersonal and communication skills. Team player. Persistent, creative and service mentality are also important.
