En Alterhome buscamos a un **Portfolio acquisition Manager** que creará y desarrollará una parte importante de cartera de clientes, teniendo la responsabilidad directa de la captación de viviendas y edificios en gestión de alquiler vacacional.

Si eres un apasionado/a de las ventas, tienes excelentes habilidades de comunicación, te manejas por objetivos, eres un “team player” impulsado por el entusiasmo y las ganas de aprender, y tienes experiência en el sector del alquiler vacacional, te estamos buscando.

**¿Qué voy a hacer?**
- Tendrás la responsabilidad de captación de unidades en gestión, apoyando a nuestros local partners en el desarrollo de su portfolio.
- Colaborarás junto al departamento de marketing para el Desarrollo e implementación de campañas de marketing y así incrementar la base de clientes.
- Formarás parte de la creación de oportunidades proactivas de captación, con diferentes partnerships y puerta fría en caso necesario.
- Colaborarás con otros equipos de la empresa para la apertura de nuevos mercados y una mejora constante de procesos internos.

**¿Qué estamos buscando?**
- Experiência en el sector del alquiler vacacional.
- Mínimo 3 años de experiência en puestos relacionados con departamentos de ventas o comercial.
- Actitud comercial muy desarrollada.

**Es preferible, pero no esencial, tener experiência previa en el sector turístico, hotelero, en Start-ups tecnológicas y especialmente en la gestión de equipos.**
