**About the Product & Tech team and your role**
We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our Product & Tech team.
We are passionate about hospitality and solving hard problems to help talents and students in hospitality find their dream jobs. As a data Data Analyst you will be working closely to the Product and Growth team to measure impact and uncover new ways of growing user acquisition and engagement.
**Does this sound like you?**
- You have a degree in data science, data analysis, computer science, economics, mathematics or a similar quantitative field.
- You are a data enthusiast always looking for new opportunities to turn data into actionable insights to support product and business goals.
- You have worked with product and/or growth marketing teams before and you are familiar with digital analytics key concepts and tools.
- Help define metrics to measure success and health of our product as well as the impact of our growth strategy.
- You have some experience with data crunching techniques and tools.
- You have a solid knowledge of SQL and a good grasp of Python.
- You have some experience with data visualization tools (Tableau a plus).
- You are familiar with key concepts of data modeling and data warehousing design.
**Added bonus skills**
- Handson experience with ETL (ideally with Airflow)
