En GXO estamos constantemetne buscando talento a todos los níveles que puedan desarrollar la importancia de servicio que nuestra empresa necesita.

Actualmente estamos buscando un Operations Manager que, como jefe de operaciones, serás responsable de la dirección y buen desempeño de un departamento de más de 100 personas, procurando la máxima eficiencia operativa y el nível de servicio al cliente.

**¿Qué harás en tu día a día?**
- Liderar un departamento de más de 100 trabajadores.
- Gestionar la planificación del trabajo por turnos
- Reportar KPIs diarios a gerencia y al cliente relacionados con el cumplimiento de los níveles de servicio acordados con el cliente, objetivos de productividad, calidad, control de inventario, mermas e incidencias.
- Controlar que los trabajos se realicen de forma segura y salvaguardando la salud de los trabajadores.
- Gestionar el talento, mediante la medición objetiva y retroalimentación del desempeño.
- Promover la generación de ideas, la creatividad y la mejora continua de los equipos de trabajo.
- Ser proactivo para establecer mejoras y buenas prácticas.
- Elaborar, implementar y supervisar el cumplimiento de procedimientos de trabajo.
- Establecer planes correctivos cuando se detecten desviaciones con relación a los objetivos.

**¿Qué estamos buscando?**
- Experiência de 5 años dirigiendo equipos de +50 personas en operaciones logísticas en grandes empresas.
- Alta capacidad de análisis de datos, iniciativa y responsabilidad
- Alta capacidad de comunicación, asertividad y persuasión
- Alta capacidad de trabajo en equipo y resiliencia
- Inglés mínimo B2
- Excelente uso de MS Excel (uso de fórmulas, elaboración de tablas y gráficos dinámicos, importación de datos)
- Con formación en ingeniería o ADE y conocimientos de técnicas Lean/ Six Sigma.
