We're looking for a Tracking & Web Analytics Expert who can support our clients on web analytics implementation on their store and tracking of data & traffic. As a Tracking & Web Analytics Expert you will be a strategic partner to the company and clients and will work hand in hand with Product and Technical experts to provide the best tracking and analytics approach to our clients based on their objectives:

- Advise clients on data collection best practices in solving their Web and App analytics platform strategy, technical needs, and support implementations
- Develop tracking/tagging strategies to allow client teams to measure success
- Ensure feasibility, quality, and privacy compliance of tracking implementations for web and/or app during the entire implementation phase
- Maintain permanent interactions with stakeholders during implementation phase to guarantee delivery success during build and run phases
- Help prepare and deliver in depth Web Analytics tools & Data Privacy training, internally and externally
- Help Client success team identify new opportunities based on client needs and technical environment
- Support eCommerce Managers in the use of Web Analytics tools for clients and the delivery of ongoing monitoring for performance analysis
