**What We’re Looking For**
We’re hiring a **Junior Project Manager** with a technical background in **data**, especially in **migration projects**, who’s ready to grow in the IT Insurance sector and work with international teams.
**Your Role**
- Coordinate technical projects focused on data migration and integration
- Define goals, timelines, and resources with clients and technical teams
- Turn requirements into clear, actionable plans
- Track progress and solve issues proactively
- Document and communicate project status
- Support testing and data quality validation
**Requirements**
- Experience in IT project management (especially data migration)
- Technical education (Computer Science, IT, Telecommunications, etc.)
- Knowledge of ETL processes, data integration, SQL, etc.
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- PMP, Agile or similar certifications are a plus
