En los últimos cuarenta años, **Engel & Völkers** se ha dado a conocer en todo el mundo como empresa de servicios que comercializa propiedades inmobiliarias de alto valor, yates de lujo y aviación.

Debido a nuestro proceso de expasión en la Costa del Sol** **buscamos un/a** **TEAM LEADER** **para liderar uno de los equipos de consultores inmobiliarios en la zona de **ESTEPONA**.

**¿CUÁLES SON LAS FUNCIONES DE UN DIRECTOR/(A) COMERCIAL?**
- Liderar, formar y motivar al equipo de Consultores/as Inmobiliarios/as
- Búsqueda activa de oportunidades de negocio
- Análisis de mercado
- Análisis y estudio de la competencia
- Dirigir reuniones con el equipo de Consultores Inmobiliarios
- Planificación y realización de eventos de clientes
- Acompañamiento a los Consultores Inmobiliarios
- Colaboración en los planes de estrategias de marketing
- Supervisión de las operaciones y de la documentación
- Acompañamiento en la captación de promociones
- Asesoramiento integral al cliente y gestión del proceso de venta

**Requisitos**:
**REQUISITOS MÍNIMOS**
- Experiência mínima de cuatro (3) años en el sector inmobiliario
- Nível avanzado de inglés
- Residencia en el lugar de la vacante ofrecida
- Experiência directa liderando equipos
