**Job Details**:En Worldpanel Division buscamos un perfil de Estudiante en prácticas para el equipo de Data Science&Analytics, que se dedica a asegurar la calidad del servicio, satisfacción y comunicación con el cliente interno, ubicado en nuestras oficinas de Sant Cugat del Vallès.

FUNCIONES:

- Soporte en la producción y control de los procesos propios de Expert Solutions desde el input hasta el output final.
- Soporte en el desarrollo de futuras soluciones dependiendo de las necesidades de mercado y la compañía.
- Dar soporte en la resolución de incidencias/consultas internas o de Client Services.
- Soporte transversal y contacto con el resto de los equipos internos para mejorar los procesos y asegurar la calidad y correcto funcionamiento de los mismos.

CAPACIDADES:

- Estudiante de Grado en de Matemáticas, Estadística, Economía, ADE o Informática con nível avanzado de Excel.
- Mínimo nível B2 de Inglés y castellano fluido (hablado y escrito)
- Se valorará conocimiento de SQL y paquetes estadísticos (Lenguaje R, SAS)
- Capacidad analítica y de síntesis.
- Capacidad de organización y planificación.
- Actitud proactiva y curiosidad así como colaboración con otros equipos y otras áreas dentro de la empresa

Formato híbrido teletrabajo/oficina.

*Imprescindible poder firmar convenio de prácticas con universidad o escuela de negocios.
