**Job Title**: Senior Program Manager

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate with internal technology stakeholders to oversee ongoing program and roadmap, ensuring alignment with company objectives and the creation of effective communication strategies.
- Oversee project deliverables with a detail-oriented approach to program management.
- Manage risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies for large-scale projects.
- Serve as a project manager for specific key projects.
- Partner with the People team to improve visibility on resource status and contribute to the development of a comprehensive resource strategy and engagement initiatives.
- Work with the finance team to manage budget formulation and follow-up processes, upholding financial discipline and transparency.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Extensive experience in project and program management within a technology-focused environment, preferably in a SaaS context.
- Deep understanding of software development processes and project management principles.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse locations, teams and departments.
- Strong capability to manage multiple projects concurrently, prioritizing tasks to meet organizational goals.
- Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills and a focus on operational efficiency.
- Detail-oriented with an adaptable approach to meet the dynamic needs of a fast-paced technology company.
- Desired experience in budget management and resource allocation within a technology setting is highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required.
- Proficiency in project and program management methodologies.
