Pubcrawl Barcelona by E-Volve is on a mission to redefine Barcelona's nightlife scene. We bring together locals and tourists for unforgettable nights out, exploring the best bars and clubs in the city. We are looking for energetic and enthusiastic Pubcrawl Guides to lead groups on our nightly pub crawls. As a guide, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have an amazing and safe experience, creating a fun atmosphere, and promoting our events on social media.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead groups of participants to various bars and clubs in Barcelona.
- Create a fun and engaging atmosphere for guests.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants.
- Promote events and engage with our audience on social media.
- Handle any issues or emergencies that arise during the crawl.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Excellent knowledge of Barcelona’s nightlife scene.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Energetic, outgoing, and able to create a fun atmosphere.
- Ability to handle groups and manage different personalities.
- Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) to promote events and engage with the audience.
- Required to speak English and basic Spanish; additional languages are a plus.

**Requirements**:

- Must be 18 years or older.
- Available to work evenings and weekends.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Previous experience in hospitality or event management is preferred but not required.
