Réalta Technologies are seeking a skilled **Spanish-Speaking OEM Engineer** to join our team. This role is ideal for an experienced engineer with a strong understanding of machine connectivity, PLCs, and industrial automation. While deep PLC expertise is not required, the ability to work with PLC code, assist in validation documentation, and troubleshoot machine integrations is essential.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Work with **machine connectivity** solutions and support integration of automation systems.
- Assist with **PLC code modifications**, troubleshooting, and system optimizations.
- Manage and contribute to **validation documentation** to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Support ongoing automation improvements, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Act as a key liaison for Spanish-speaking stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and project alignment.
- Adapt to evolving site needs as the facility transitions towards more **PI and PLC-driven automation**.

**Key Requirements**:

- ** Fluent Spanish & English** (written and spoken) is essential.
- Strong general engineering background with experience in **machine connectivity**.
- Familiarity with **PLC programming and troubleshooting** (advanced expertise not required).
- Experience with **validation documentation** in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
- Exposure to **System Platform**, with a willingness to adapt to **PI and PLC automation**.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in an **OEM** or automation engineering role.
- Understanding of **Industry 4.0 technologies and trends**.
- Knowledge of **industrial networking and SCADA systems**.
