**The Role**

As a German Digital Marketing Executive you will be responsible for managing digital marketing campaigns for the DACH markets, aiming to boost profitable growth and meet specific revenue goals for each country. You will monitor and analyze campaign performance and will track key performance indicators such as click-through rates, conversion rates, and return on investment to enhance marketing strategies and achieve targets. You are responsible for the full cycle of the campaigns from initial planning, implementation to optimization, and report on campaigns across various channels, including paid social media, display web and app, programmatic partners, and App Store Optimization (ASO) as needed. Besides this, you will assist in managing relationships with display partners and account managers and help negotiate and optimize deals with partners, where you will identify and manage new creative growth campaigns and seek out new partners to support acquisition goals.

**Requirements**:

- A native level of German and fluent English
- Proven track record in running successful, profitable acquisition campaigns in digital marketing channels.
- Experienced in managing display web and app campaigns, paid social media, programmatic advertising, and organic app (ASO).
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to making marketing decisions.
- Highly creative with the ability to identify target audiences and design engaging digital campaigns.
- Experienced in optimizing acquisition funnels for both web and app campaigns.
- Skilled in using digital marketing tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, SEMrush, and marketing automation software.
- Experience with implementing pixels using Google Tag Manager (GTM).
