We are seeking an experienced Head Gardener to oversee and manage a gardening team on a private estate in Mallorca.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead the gardening team
- Plan, supervise, and carry out all gardening and pruning works
- Ensure gardens are maintained to a high standard year-round
- Organise daily tasks
- Monitor plant health and seasonal requirements
**Requirements**:
- Strong horticultural knowledge
- Extensive hands-on experience in gardening and pruning
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility
- Reliable, professional, and discreet
- Basic English is a plus
