We’re on the hunt for a Customer Experience - Tier 2 Agent Intern who is passionate about creating beautiful experiences that help to make the retail world a better, more sustainable place.
As a Customer Experience - Tier 2 Agent intern you will be working with a talented service desk team and responsible for executing solutions that solve real world customer problems.
**What will you do**:
- You’ll work with customers, product managers, designers, development teams and other stakeholders to help customers with daily data issues
- Help final client users and team members to find and solve issues regarding data consistency in the database/platform.
- Analyze and troubleshoot using the existing tools and databases and provide solutions and/or recommendations.
- Update our current analysis practices with state of the art technology.
- Detect and report bugs, always having an open mind to propose new improvements.
- Support both, our clients and other team colleagues.
- You’ll work closely with all other departments to ensure alignment with the global Nextail roadmap

**You bring**:
- You must have the ability to work through a Spanish University “Convenio”.
- You are Russian Native and proficient in English (other languages would be a plus).
- You are graduating in engineering, business, or a relevant STEM field.
- You have strong communication skills that enable you to interact with people from different backgrounds.
- Personally, you are self-organized and able to juggle multiple priorities at the same time.
- You have strong problem solving and analytical skills.
