**Responsibilities**:
- Service Desk level 2 technician to manage Incident, Problem and Standard Requests
**Why apply**:
- Working schedule (rotative): 39 hours/week. Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:00 or from 14:00 to 24:00 or from 24:00 to 08:00 or from 18:00 to 03:00 or 09:00 to 18:00
- Salary: 18.000 euros gross/year + up to 2.040 euros gross/year in bonus

- Requirements:
- High level of English and Spanish
- At least 2 years of experience working in a similar position is a plus
- Experience providing support in multimedia, telecommunications or IT infrastructure products/services
- Good knowledge of OS
- Desirable Microsoft certifications MCSE/MCSA
- Good communication skills
- An organized person, capable of managing many tasks, prioritizing and reaching milestones and targeted goals- The period of holiday entitlement is fixed by mutual agreement between the company and the employee
