**Marketplace Area Representative**
***to join our
**xSports**
**xSports Peer-To-Peer Marketplace**, source and maintain users relationships, identifying opportunities for growth.

**xSports Marketplace** is a peer-to-peer digital trading platform to sell and buy pre-owned/new sporting gear, services with integrated payments, delivered to the door.

**What you will do**:

- Build, manage, and maintain marketplace users (individuals and companies) in your area and country
- Keep updated users data in CRM
- Source new users constantly: Sellers or Buyers - potential marketplace users
- Participate in sport events and run our own
- Innovate by using one of the industry’s most powerful trading platforms

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in a C2C/B2C marketplace or ecommerce
- You have practical experience and/or a great network in the sport community or industry
- You are strong in communicating with clients and proven in relationship building & management as well as in negotiating
- You are a quick learner, proactive, open to new ideas and able to work in a fast changing environment
- You can work under pressure while striving for the best results and achieving targets and deadlines
- You have a good experience using digital tools, CRM analytics and project management software a plus
- ** You are Self-employed or Independent Contractor**
- ** You live in Spain and speak the local language fluently**
- Your are a padel or other racquet sport player, or practice sport activity regularly
- You have good spoken English
