**LOGISTICS PM ASSISTANT**

**What you will do **
The role exists to provide Logistics-related tasks support to the SC & Logistics PM.
**How you will do it**
- Data entry
- Reporting any queries or concerns from our client
- Communicating with external/internal customers
- Liaising between the main client and SC & Logistics PM
- Ensuring SharePoint Master Tracker file logistics data is up to date
- Follow up with relevant team members to update SP Master file
**KEY RESULTS**
- Communicate in a timely manner any queries or questions raised by the client
- Manage the SharePoint Master Tracker file Logistics data entry
- Assists in ad-hoc logistics tasks in the duration of the project
- Complete some data entry when required
- Be a team player that makes contribution to the success of the project.
**What we are looking for **
- Minimum schooling/formal training for a new person on this job.
- Desirable vocational/professional certification or degree or experience.
- IT Literate
- English
- Mathematics
- Analytics
- Multi-lingual
- Supply Chain or Logistics qualification
**SKILLS**
- Excellent IT skills
- Ability to learn quickly
- Customer focussed
- Good English communication skills, written and oral
- Accuracy & attention to detail
- Teamwork
- Logistics experience
- Desirable excellent Microsoft Excel
- Desirable import / export regulations
