**The role**:
We are seeking an **Online CRM Marketing Intern** for our marketing department. The Marketing department is responsible for both the new customers acquisition projects and for the loyalty and existing customers´ average cost maximization through CRM actions.
**Your tasks**:
- Generation of briefings and copies
- Generation of journeys
- Definition of segments
- Definition and execution of tests
- Reporting testing and monitoring CRM campaigns
**What makes you a great fit**:
- Final-year student of a bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration or similar (eligible for a university internship agreement for 6 + 6 months)
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing
- Analytical mindset, able to interpret data and draw actionable insights
- You have a high capacity to analyse results, proposing improvements, new strategies, and innovative ideas
- Proficiency in office tools (Excel)
- You are a team player, empathetic, organized and resolutive person
- Fluent English
- Basic knowledge of HTML is considered a plus
