The Tender Manager will report into the Senior Operations Manager Spain, and is accountable for Public Tender’s preparation and submission, tender’s filing management and tenders awarded follow up as well as “negociados” and Framework Agreement procedures with Public Customers. Generating DB and Business Insight to update the tender market. The position is based in Barcelona

Responsibilities include:

- Prepare tenders documentation and files necessary to bid for vaccines with Public Institutions / Customers.
- Manages starts collecting the key documentation from QA, Medical, Tax, Commercial required from the Authorities to bid each Regional and Central Tenders.
- Prepares documentation to be filed in the bids according to the Public Institutions requirements, current legislation.
- Takes care of timings of each tender publication and offers submission date and attends the economical ceremony of the tenders.
- Prepares, collect and submit the pre-agreement documentation (bank guarantee and other legal documentation required).
- Check out the agreements before signing the legal representative of Seqirus, once signing is done submit the agreement to the tender Authorities.
- Record and document management in the different phases of the bid processes.
- Deeply reports the Logistics Team and the KAM of the requisites of each regional tender (number of doses, price, logistic and invoicing requisites, scope ).
- Once a tender is finished manages the bank guarantees return and bank cancellation.
- Support KAMs providing key information of their regions to work with the Health Authorities of their region.
- Single point contact with the Customer for problem solving regarding accurate and proper bid file.
- Tenders documentation archive.
- During the Flu campaign, responsible for closing the flu tender loop.
- Database management according to Customer guidance and timetable agreed on Tenders.
- Coordination with Logistics Department regarding strictly observance of expected timetable deliveries and giving support during Flu Camping, as is well-known of the Public Customers.
- Preparation of Tender follow up reports.
- Management and maintenance of Tenders database.
- Collection/gathering data about Spanish market size, market database maintenance and market size calculation.
- Analyse market prices, evolution and competitor strategies.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Degree and or knowledge on Tender; Contract law
- 3 years' administrative support/relevant functional experience
- Knowledge of business operations
- Knowledge on public contracting law
- Excellent Negotiation and communication skills
- Excellent Customer relationship skills
- Collaborative and problem solving mindset
