Atradius IT Services (ITS) is part of the Atradius Group, and is responsible for all worldwide ICT services for Atradius. ITS is a global operation with staff in 12 countries driving the digital transformation and a wide range of services, projects, vendors and outsourcing. Data is a key resource we need to leverage to follow our strategy successfully. Deploying the latest Big data, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning technologies to existing (and new) processes can increase efficiency and enrich for example the underwriting processes and can provide new market and trade insights for customers. **Job Description**:
Atradius, a global credit insurance and risk management leader, seeks a talented Power BI Engineer to join the Data Platform team. As a mid-level Power BI Engineer, you will be vital in designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence solutions using Power BI in credit insurance and risk domains. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and lead the creation of optimized and scalable reports to drive business actionable insights.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards to meet business needs. - Responsible for the end-to-end life cycle of the Power BI solution, from the requirements gathering phase to the delivery and documentation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications to design and develop the final solution.
- Optimize Power BI reports and data models to deliver scalable, high-performance, and efficient solutions.
- Develop and maintain data pipelines in the Power BI ecosystem to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Power BI solutions and users.
- Stay current with industry trends, business intelligence, and data visualization best practices.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience developing business intelligence solutions with Power BI.
- Proficiency in Power BI languages: Power Query and DAX.
- Experience analyzing and working with large datasets (millions to billions of records).
- Experience with Embedded and Shared Power BI reports.
- Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and Power BI optimization techniques.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving, communication and collaboration skills.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Must be able to work under pressure when necessary.
- Self-motivated and proactive in the working environment. Nice to have:

- Knowledge of Databricks SQL.
- Experience in the credit insurance or risk domains.
- Experience in Azure Cloud platform.
- Experience with other BI tools such as Tableau or R-Shiny
