**About the Role**

The FP&A Manager will play a pivotal role in leading the financial planning and analysis function, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting, and driving improvements in financial processes. As part of this role, you will support the CFO in strategic financial initiatives, including budgeting, business planning, and debt management, while ensuring compliance with local and international tax regulations.

This is a key position where you will work closely with senior leadership and contribute to the company’s long-term financial strategy.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Monthly Financial Close Management: Coordinate the monthly financial close process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal financial policies and procedures. Oversee account reconciliations and validate financial results.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and present detailed financial reports, providing variance analysis against the budget and highlighting key financial insights. Develop financial models to support both strategic and operational decision-making.
- Process Improvement: Analyze and optimize existing financial processes, recommending efficient alternatives that ensure compliance with company policies and enhance overall efficiency.
- ERP Migration and Reporting Tools Development: Play a key role in the migration and implementation of a new ERP system, ensuring seamless integration with existing financial processes. Collaborate with teams to develop and optimize reporting tools (e.g., Power BI) to enhance data visibility and reporting efficiency.
- Debt Management and Tax Compliance: Oversee the company’s tax compliance and ensure efficiency in managing tax submissions and audits. Support debt negotiations with financial institutions, as needed.

**Required Qualifications**
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus.
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in a similar FP&A role, with proven expertise in financial closing, reporting, and analysis.
- Audit Experience: Experience in a reputable audit firm (Big Four) is highly valued.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS standards and experience working in international environments, particularly with operations in Europe and Asia.
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and reporting tools such as Power BI.
- Experience with ERP system implementation and process optimization.
- Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to interpret complex financial data and present actionable insights to senior leadership.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance requirements.
- Experience in debt negotiation and supporting financing efforts with banks or other financial institutions.
