**COOLING ENGINEER**:
We are looking for group of new colleagues to join an exciting project with our client in the wind industry. Do you have experience with cooling and thermal systems design/calculations? Then you might be the Cooling Engineer we are looking for

You will report the Solution Owner of Cooling & Thermal Team, where the main focus will be elaborate according to the planning and quality standards the deliverables of the product development design process: specifications, performance analysis, calculation reports, etc. You wil also coordinate and collaborate with other Engineering groups, with special focus on Electrical Systems and Mechanical Design Teams.

Location: You are able to work from Denmark or Spain. Remote work is also an option.

**AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY**:

- Develops mechanical components for cooling system
- Identifies and selects components, materials, parts and semi-products appropriate for cooling system assembly design
- Calculates and creates final layout including documentation and specification for parts, assemblies, or finished products
- Maintains technical product files as: DFMEAs, Requirement documents and ODIs, Component Replacement Specifications or Manufacturing Process Control Requirements
- Analyses existing development procedures and suggests improvements
- Upgrade the design of existing devices by adding mechanical elements and cost out optimization
- Analysis’s requirements and designs/adapts products and solutions accordingly
- Participation in the design verification of wind turbines for cooling elements
- Develop mechanical components for cooling system
- Calculates and creates final layout including documentation and specification for parts, assemblies, or finished products
- Maintains technical product files
- Collaborate in the analysis of the results of the functional validation of wind turbines in those aspects related to the turbines cooling elements

**QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES**:

- University degree in industrial, energy, marine, mines or aerospace engineering
- 3 years desirable prior experience in cooling and thermal systems design/calculations
- Great knowledge and understanding of heat transfer and cooling elements
- Knowledge on concept design in 3D, design of mechanical parts, systems and sub-systems, technical documentation like 2D drawings
- Profound knowledge of cooling design requirements on component level (fans, pumps, heat exchangers, etc.)
- A solution-oriented mindset paired with excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of the functionality of electrical systems (converter, generator, transformer) is a plus
- High level of English (written and oral)
- Able to start right away
- Valid EU work permit
