**Supply Chain Executive (Hybrid)**
**Alcalá de Henares, Madrid**
SGF Global is looking for a Supply Chain Executive, for Manufactoring enterprise in Madrid, Spain.
**Requirements**:
- 2 years in a similar position.
- Bachelor’s in science, Business Administration or similar.
- Analytics skills, Communication skills, Teamwork.
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office, SAP, or ERP.
- Fluent in Spanish and English. French (nice to have)
- Full time (8h)
**Responsibilities**:
- To issue orders depending on the date and amount established in the system.
- To define the production place, from the homologated supplier’s network, depending on the workloads, price negotiation and quality.
- To carry out the replenishment tasks and the management of the component’s availability for the production.
- To manage stocks and components inventories.
- To follow-up the deliveries of subcontracted orders to the delivery address.
- To manage incidences or other questions referred to manufacturing.
- To keep Supply Planning informed of the modifications concerning delivery date and quantity and that concerns product availability.
- To keep the system updated to give the maximum reliability in the deliveries (date and amount) and stocks in subcontractors.
- To carry out the orders creation, info record and source list.
- To manage stocks and inventories management tools.
- To follow-up KPIs of the area.
- To implement the action plans arisen from the KPI’s and collaborate in the implantation of improvement measures.
- To manage non-Conformities.
