Are you passionate about the administrative sector, speak an advanced level of French and have experience in debt recovery services and collection management to support the control and management of accounting data?

This is the opportunity you are looking for You will work in an established company with a dynamic and multicultural team.

As a Collection Specialist you will be responsible for the collection of outstanding accounts from the existing customer base and all other aspects of collections, in order to resolve disputes and reduce late payments on accounts in the collection phase.

You will work in the collections division and report to the department manager.

What will you do?
- Minimise the risk of bad debts
- You will review the accounts opened for collection efforts.
- You will make collection calls to collect accounts receivable.
- You will send correspondence to customers to encourage the payment of overdue debts.
- You will negotiate the client’s disputes to the resolution and the root cause of the documents.
- You will develop relationships with internal/external customers.
- You will keep accurate collection files.
- You will verify and view the assigned accounts and all applicable collection reports.
- You will execute a timely monitoring of the payment methods.

You are the person we are looking for if:

- You have an advanced level of French and Spanish
- English B2 is a plus
- You have effective customer service skills, preferably 1 year of cashing experience, including interaction with a large customer base.

**Skills**:

- You have effective business writing and professional communication skills.
- You have strong communication, problem solving and analytical skills. Oriented to detail.
- You are assertive and able to negotiate with business sales representatives and interface with senior management.
