**Your mission**
Be part of our Wholesale Customer Service team, servicing our Spanish and Portugese Wholesale customers.
We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist with Portuguese to follow up the whole order to cash process.
**What will the role entail?**
- Order entry & follow up (orders, deliveries, invoices).
- Order book management / orders to cash conversion
- Handling wholesale customers’ complaints and returns
- Liaise with Sales, Logistics and Finance (AR)
**Requirements of the position**:
- University degree in Business Administration.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in similar position.
- Languages: Native Portuguese speaker. Spanish Fluent. English is a plus.
- Advanced MS Excel skills.
- Experience with SAP is a plus.
