Desde Hays estamos buscando un/a Validation Plan Engineer para una empresa internacional líder en el sector de automoción situada en Castilla y León.

**Tu nuevo puesto**

El/la Validation Plan Engineer será el/la responsable de:

- La construcción y ejecución de un plan de validación para baterías de nuevo desarrollo,
modificaciones, o adaptaciones.
- Toma en cuenta y aplicación de la reglamentación, y estándares internos.
- Toma en cuenta de las necesidades y demandas de los responsables y expertos del desarrollo producto en la
construcción del plan de validación.
- Aseguramiento del respeto del presupuesto.
- Aseguramiento del respeto del planning.
- Aseguramiento del respeto de los procedimientos de ensayo.
- Responsable de la construcción de dossiers de síntesis, y reporting.
- Participación desde la definición del producto, hasta el fin de la vida serie.
- Buscar y conseguir sinergias con otros sectores o proyectos para optimizar el plan de validación.
- Formalización de documentos de síntesis y archivado, para cada etapa del proyecto.
- Cuantificación de riesgos, y la consecución de objetivos fiabilidad de los componentes, y del conjunto de la
batería.

**¿Qué necesitarás para encajar con el puesto**?

Pilotar puntos regulares para:

- La definición del plan de validación,definición, y planificación de los soportes de ensayo.
- Organización y seguimiento de los ensayos, reporting de avance y resultados.
- Análisis y resolución de problemas e incidentes (hardware y software).
- Análisis de soportes de ensayo, y resultados.
