An excellent opportunity has arisen for a **Mobile Lead**. This is an exciting opportunity to join **SQLI**. **What is this all about?**
Reporting to the Business Unit Manager, she/he will, among other responsibilities,
- Owns the technology roadmap of the iOS and Android apps developments end2end.
- Oversees the suitability of your team, both technically and in terms of company values.
- Lead and coach a team of mobile developers in a fast-paced, iterative process.
- Work closely with final customer and operations to deeply understand the business needs
- Liaising fluid relationship with the client, becoming a key trusted partner

**Who are you?**
- BS in Computer Science or similar (Engineering)
- 10+ years’ experience in a relevant role
- Deep expertise in the two major mobile development platforms (iOS and Android)
- Experience leading and coaching a team
- Understanding of UX best practices and a desire to achieve excellent usability
- Mobile Development Certification highly valuable.
Your skills & behaviours:
- High English skills language (C1).
- Deep knowledge of the Agile methodologies (Scrum)
- Strong analytical and business mindset.
- Proficiency level in MS Office tools.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
