**What is X-Tend?**
Our team developed X-Tend, an SD Worx payroll add-on based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations (formerly known as Microsoft Dynamics Axapta), specifically for our midmarket customers. This system is used in both the public and private sectors. We are constantly working on optimising and implementing this innovative software for new and existing customers.
As a functional consultant, you play a key role in the entire process, from analysing customer needs to the full implementation of X-Tend. Read more about our X-Tend team here.
As a Functional Consultant, you will work closely with our customers to clearly identify their needs. You will start with in-depth discussions and quickly get a good idea of the best solution. Then, together with your team, you will get to work on configuration, implementation and testing.
Throughout the project, you will maintain regular contact with the customer and tailor your services perfectly to their needs. You will be their go-to person throughout the entire process.
**As a Functional Consultant at SD Worx, you will also be responsible for**:
Ensuring the continuity and correct functioning of implemented processes and systems.
Actively contributing to the translation of relevant market trends into the X-Tend basic package (SD Worx Payroll Add-on built on Microsoft Dynamics Axapta technology).
Providing support and advice to customers within the service.
Building a relationship of trust with the customer and being alert to additional needs.
Picking up on potential leads for upselling within this product.
Profile
**What you bring to the table**:
- A completed higher education degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience in consultancy and project management, with direct customer contact.
- In-depth technical knowledge of Excel and other HR software; knowledge of Dynamics 365/Axapta is a plus.
- Thorough knowledge of HR processes, such as payroll, time registration systems and related systems.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to remain flexible and stress-resistant.
- Fluent command of both Dutch and English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
