About the team you are joining
Under the mentorship of the Manager Standardization Participation, the incumbent will learn about IATA’s process of accreditation of Agents and Airlines while supporting the overall effective management of the department, with a strong focus on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). The incumbent will also participate in department projects and initiatives.
What your day would be like
Collaborate with ONE Agency Participation team across all locations to collect, analyze and execute all changes to departmental SOPs on the IATA Business Process Tool, following the instructions given by the Manager Standardization Participation;
Support the Manager Standardization Participation with tasks such as leading and mobilizing multiple contributors and balancing multiple demands to provide data for better decision making;
Under the guidance of the Assistant Manger Standardization Participation, participate in the Agency Management System development and enhancements;
Support the team with the drafting of communications and updates regarding topics such as ISO9001 Certification, open audit items, Business Continuity Plan, operational logs, etc.;
Participate in departmental projects and initiatives and perform analytical work as instructed by the Manager Standardization Participation;
Support the team with administrative and reporting tasks as required.
We would love to hear from you if you have
Recently obtained (less than 12 months) a University/Master's degree in Data Analytics, Business Administration or a related field;
Understanding the dynamics of working in multicultural/commercial environment and ability to demonstrate interactive communication skills for cross-functional collaborations;
Excellent organizational and customer service skills;
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced and highly demanding environment while meeting tight deadlines;
Positive mindset with striving attitude to learn and contribute;
Excellent communications skills in English (written and spoken).
