**Position**:
**Mission**

Define and expand the data and costing strategy increasing the processes, results and value for the business.

**Main responsabilities**
- Oversee costs and data management strategy aligning with the organization’s milestones.
- Establish and ensure strategies to grow the business focusing on three main areas:

- management of the information to be supplied to other areas guaranteeing and optimising future processes (planning, purchasing, invoicing, etc).
- define and maintain a standard cost architecture for all products according to development requirements ensuring defined margins and minimising inefficiencies.
- consolidate data audit processes aligning business needs.
- Define and lead the department optimization and improvement projects (routing, packaging, BOM, data, vendors).
- Generate impact and influence on internal and external stakeholders.
- Transform the day-to-day, with proactivity and initiative, towards a more agile organisation.
- Lead the team in achieving the required objectives.
- Facilitate the talent of the team.

**Profile**:
**Requirements**:

- University degree with at least 15 years of professional career.
- Robust and transversal experience through different operational areas and/or projects.
- English and/or french.
