- Gestione clienti Premium: supporto post-vendita, fidelizzazione, formazione e assistenza personalizzata di qualità
- **Interfaccia e confronto con altri reparti e aree dell’azienda per la risoluzione e la gestione di problematiche legate ai clienti Premium
**REQUISITI**
- Madrelingua italiana (i nostri clienti sono aziende italiane)
- Ottima padronanza della lingua italiana (scritta e parlata)
- Esperienza nell’ambito dell’attenzione al cliente (almeno 2 anni); ottime capacità comunicative
- Conoscenza di internet e del pacchetto Office
- Organizzazione, orientamento al risultato e al dettaglio, solida etica del lavoro
- Curiosità, perspicacia e precisione sono qualità che apprezziamo particolarmente assieme a flessibilità e capacità di adattamento
- Siamo una grande squadra e cerchiamo persone in grado di integrarsi con energia, positività e motivazione al nostro team.
