Schindler is looking for a Reporting & Analytics Senior Manager, is the lynchpin in our data driven communications approach. Working with our strategic partners, their main responsibility is to collect data and transform into meaningful business insights.

**Business rationale**:
Being able to contextualize data, adding meaning to churn out insights is a unique skill that belongs in communications as much as it does in finance or research.

This skill set will allow us to not only know our impact, it will allow us to make that impact bigger for less. Centralizing our data collection, analysis, and reporting function, and bringing it closer to our other communication activities, like content generation, digital advertising and marketing automation will allow us to realize operational efficiencies and, in the end, better support the countries.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Define, develop, and manage our global strategy for communications data collection, analysis, and reporting.
- Manage our day-to-day reporting and analysis to:

- Provide insights into the effectiveness of our activities
- Identify areas for improvement
- Provide insights into our competitors’ activities
- Further develop data quality standards
- Build on our standard reporting framework
- Act as the center of excellence for data gathering, analysis and reporting expertise at Schindler
- Define targets, success metrics and KPIs for our reporting program

For this position, Schindler seeks people with:
Expertise

7 to 10 years of relevant working experience

Broad experience in data gathering and analysis

Deep knowledge in data gathering, analysis, and reporting tools as well as experience in developing dashboards and reports

Knowledge, Skills, and Languages

Strong communication skills and ability to communicate across departments and hierarchies

Able to understand business needs and present complex information to the business in a simple and engaging way, while making insightful recommendations

Solid project management skills, knowledge of agile methodologies is a plus

Excellent analytical skills

Ability to execute according to demanding deadlines

Flair for driving change

Fluent English - German and other languages a plus

Education

Bachelor or master’s degree in marketing, business, data analytics or similar
