**Job Description**:
Key Account Representative

Madrid or Barcelona

Position Purpose

Managing the relationship and contract with the top European Key Accounts.

Escalation points for operation problems, audit process, open invoices, new supplier implementations, debits, etc.

Proactive management to Improve efficiency and financial performance for the designated key accounts and will be responsible for:
Reducing Open debts and Cash Flow Performance.

Improve Stocks in customer network.

Identify Actionable insights through KPI’s.

Manage Contract Governance and Gross Margin

**Responsibilities**:
Direct Responsibility to Manage European Automotive Key Accounts. The role will be the escalation point for all relevant Key Account problems. Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly Meetings with Key Accounts including contract renewals.

Open Debts & Cash Flow Performance & Stock Management
- Use control and financial security reports and ensure analysis for under and over performance, trends and discrepancies for key account customers.
- Manage key account customer disputes for open debts.
- Work closely with all interfaces between customers, Credit Management and Asset Control
- Escalation of critical disputes on time to EKA team or Senior Managers in organization

KPI Reviews
- Create Monthly KPI’s for each Key Account
- Set monthly meetings with customers to discuss the KPI outputs in monthly basis.

3) Contract Governance & Gross Margin Controls
- Use financial reports and KPI’s to ensure the customer network performs according to budget requirements.
- Generate improvement initiatives & projects to improve the financial efficiency.

Challenges
- Key Account Customer’s financial performance expectations from Brambles vs the actual performance.
- Developing cases through KPI’s and finance reports for CHEP finance and customers to improve financials including cash flow, gross margin, open debts.

**Qualifications**:
Essential Qualifications
- Business degree or related and a minimum of 3 years working experience in a customer service environment_

Experience
- Previous Customer Service experience
- Negotiation skills
- Worked with financial measures and KPIs
- Preferably Supply Chain Management Experience

Skills and Knowledge
- Strong Service orientation
- Strong analytic and numerical skills
- Must be extremely Very good customer orientated communication skills
- flexible and able to work under pressure
- Diplomatic and sensitive when serving customers of a different mentality and culture
- Can act under time pressure
- Good understanding of Customer Experience, Customer Solutions and keen to create customer loyalty
- Ability to build cases for escalation and customer negotiations

Bachelors

Preferred Level of Work Experience

3 - 5 years
