Our mission is to deliver game changing software products that will help our customers to optimize how they currently run their production. You will be joining the “Digital Accelerator”, a small energetic business incubation team designed to rapidly iterate and build these innovative data driven software products. Our group is made up of high achieving individuals with a “can-do” attitude and little consideration for formal job descriptions or complex processes. As digital solutions specialist in the Digital Accelerator, you are a valued team member in a cross functional team with the mission to use a Start-up approach to introduce our digital portfolio into the market and to create engagement worldwide. In this role, your mission is to be the front line of the Digital Accelerator team to our internal customers. In your daily work you will support engineers across the world and to coach them, so they make the best possible use of our products. Besides your main responsibility you will have the opportunity to support our sales units across the globe enabling their technical demonstrations as well as facilitating the ramping up of operations locally. As a multi-talented member of the team, you are also expected to understand what problems customers are trying to solve and as the expert on using our tools help them solve any problems they might have. You can act fluidly as an embedded part of our sales efforts and as level 3 support capable of filtering bigger issues for our development teams.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Level 3 support for our Digital Factory portfolio.
- Help customers in setting up their projects and systems and solve any issues that can arise from network configuration to product training.
- Support the team whenever required, be capable of adapting yourself to not only solve problems but also explain the portfolio and set up demonstrations.
- Train relevant personas within the wider ABB teams as well as in selected customers to use our tools efficiently and promote best practices.
- Position yourself as an expert and power-user. You know everything about using our products and want to help others do the same.
- Build knowledge databases for solved issues and frequently asked questions and define best practices of how to distribute this knowledge to all relevant ABB teams.
- Solve problems, explain the products, and evangelize around you. Even if there is no determined solution you find a way.
- Part of a cross-functional agile team you contribute to the start-up culture and agile methodologies.

**Your background**:

- 3+ years’ experience in a customer facing role with a track record of solving problems and improving customer satisfaction.
- 3+ years’ experience in industrial environments with exposure to Industrial Robotics and/or IoT technology.
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related disciplines preferred (although extensive software exposure would compensate for lack of IS-specific academic background) and comfortable working with advanced technical details.
- Track record of dealing with multiple stakeholders, prioritizing your work efficiently and working autonomously across multiple countries and projects.
- Excellent and pro-active communication skills.
- Very comfortable working in a rapidly changing and dynamic environment with few structured processes. You help define how things should run not the opposite.
- You enjoy making products go from the lab to the field and solving problems even if you are not sure how exactly.
- Naturally charismatic and excited to help customers learn and grow with us.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken is a must have, any other languages appreciated.
- Openness to extensive international travelwhen that becomes possible again.
